After creating the highly successful acne treatment line Proactiv® Solution, board-certified dermatologists Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields founded Rodan + Fields® in 2002 to pursue a line of clinically proven, dermatology-based anti-aging products.

Dr. Rodan and Dr. Fields maintain their private clinical practices in the San Francisco Bay Area and serve as adjunct clinical professors of dermatology at Stanford University, where they both completed their dermatology residency.

In 2012, the Doctors co-authored the U.S. national bestseller Write Your Skin a Prescription for Change with Lori Bush, President and CEO of Rodan + Fields. Dr. Rodan and Dr. Fields are also frequent speakers at dermatology conferences and have published numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals, including Skin and Aging and the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.

In addition, the Doctors are often quoted in beauty publications, including Allure, Flare, Glamour and Self. They have also appeared as featured guests on numerous radio and television programs, including The View.

Prior to Rodan & Fields I worked out side the home with a very long commute. I loved my job! After my first child I continued to work for 8 more months and then decided that being home with him was where I need to be. Along with being home came challenges and lead me to looking for what could I do to balance being a mom and help my family with additional income. I truly believe God puts people in our path when we ask and pray for doors of opportunity. I met my now good friend Stacy through social media. Initially, I was interested in products to help with aging and then shortly after that "I GOT" the business. I can not tell you how much my life has changed since then, Seriously! The trips and additional income is wonderful, but the new friends and people I get to meet and share this with is priceless! I have grown as a person since being a part of R+F and if I can so can you. It doesn't matter if you're home or have current commitments or if you are crazy busy!
